Can anyone explain WHY, in these debates on NDTV or CNN-IBN or the other English-language channels, the people brought on to oppose homosexuality from a religious perspective are almost always Christian or Muslim? Dominic Emmanuel and Kamal Farooqi are the most frequent anti-gay rights commentators brought on, to rant about the Islamic and Catholic prohibitions. Why exactly? Are we a Catholic or Islamic country?
